What is your return/exchange policy?

Any product can be returned for store credit or exchanged for a different size (if available) within 30 days of order receipt. All returns and exchanges must be unworn, in the state you received it, and in original packaging. 


I was sent or ordered the wrong product or size. What do I do?

Please notify us! We will work to solve the problem as quickly as possible, sending you a prepaid return label to return merchandise with.


Are your clothes true-to-size or should I order a size up/down? Do they shrink in the wash? 

Our clothes do shrink in the process by about half a size. They are triple washed and pre-shrunk. Tie-dye care instructions are included on all labels. Wash cold with like colors, no bleach, dry on low.

Which products are already made and ready to ship? 

Most products are ready to ship and are processed within 1-2 business days, tie dyes included. However, some products, like tapestries and blankets, require additional time and are usually processed within 1-2 weeks. Processing times are noted on item descriptions.

What is your shipping policy and costs? 

We ship from our warehouse in Northern California. 

Standard shipping in the U.S. is a flat $5 rate and will be delivered within 3-5 days. 

Contact us at to request expedited shipping. Priority Mail is $12 and typically delivered within 1-3 days.
